Love this apartment complex! Easily one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. Very beautiful designs and love the open and spacious kitchen! Only time I hear any noise is from people in the stairwell otherwise silence most of the time. Only “complaint” I would have is the gas stove instead of an electric which is more a personal preference. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to definitely come and check this place out!

I moved in to Tradewinds in September with my husband, and I have to say that we love living here!! The leasing office staff is very communicative and willing to help, as well as the maintenance are quick to come and fix any maintenance issues for us. We called them in the morning about a problem with our sink a couple of months ago and by the time we got home from work, they had already come and gotten it fixed! - Amanda

One of the best renting experiences I have had! Tammy is the best! She was extremely easy to work with, particularly in my case moving from Colorado to Nebraska. The support on move-in day from Cali made the moving logistics a breeze for me. Steven and the rest of the maintenance guys are professional and communicative... Living here (over 2 years) has been an incredible experience. The Trade Wind team made our moving in process streamlined and were always quick to answer or get back to us on any questions/concerns for the duration of our stay.
